Progress Your Practice - Yoga Workshop with Brittney Emley

Passionate about yoga? Errr, of course. Well here's the ultimate treat.

90 minutes of exploration with the rather fabulous @brittneyemley_yoga

This workshop will start with a traditional class warm up, getting the body ready to work deep into alignment.

Brittney will then take time to touch on a few postures that we do in nearly every yoga class, breaking them down and taking time to teach the correct alignment. Questions and posture recommendations for her to work on are very welcome. Finally, Brittney will teach a few postures that take a little more effort, some that maybe you don’t have time to work on in class based on the fact that they take a little bit more explanation. Again, with teaching the correct alignment these postures will hopefully become something achievable and that you can incorporate into your own yoga practice.

£30 per workshop.
