What to Expect: KAP is a direct transmission of Kundalini energy, activating the awakening of your life force in a gradual yet powerful way. Unlike traditional Kundalini practices, KAP energy descends from the crown to the root, facilitating a more natural and embodied awakening.

During this session, you'll lie down with your eyes closed as the facilitator channels the energy, gently guiding you through a process of surrender. There’s no need for prior experience—just allow yourself to receive and let go. The energy will guide you to exactly what you need at this moment, bringing deep insights, emotional releases, heightened intuition, and a stronger sense of purpose.

What to Bring:

• Wear loose, comfortable clothing
• Bring a yoga mat or blanket to lie on
• Cozy socks or a blanket for colder months
• Eat healthy & lightly on the day of the eventAvoid heavy or fried during the day, eat as healthy as possiblePlease try not to eat within 1 to 2 hours prior to sessionMake sure you are hydrated.
