"Dine to Donate” Blaze Pizza Fundraiser for National Epilepsy Awareness Month 2025

Join us on November 3rd at Blaze on Western Avenue in Albany to kick off National Epilepsy Awareness Month in a delicious way!

Blaze Pizza and Epilepsy Foundation of Northeastern New York (EFNENY) will host a “Dine to Donate” fundraiser for National Epilepsy Awareness Month from 12 PM- 6 PM. EFNENY will receive 20% of all sales during this time. VALID FOR PICKUP, CURBSIDE & CARRYOUT ONLY.

Online Orders: Orders must be placed online via the Blaze Pizza App or blazepizza.com. Enter the code: 1116A
into the ‘Promo Code’ field at checkout to have your transaction count toward the fundraiser. If entered correctly, you’ll see a $.01 discount applied to your check, confirming that 20% of your transaction will be counted into the total donation.
