This session blends mindful observation with hands-on creative exploration allowing you to discover new artistic techniques while deepening your relationship with nature.

About Me:

Hi I’m Andrea and I’ll be your guide for this riverside art retreat. Over the past 20 years I’ve been combining my passion for expressive arts and mindfulness to create unique immersive experiences that connect people to their creativity and to the natural world around them.

I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals in both Canada and the UK helping them explore their artistic abilities while fostering a sense of calm and self-discovery. My approach is all about making art accessible to everyone whether you’re a seasoned creator or picking up a paintbrush for the first time. It’s not about perfection—it’s about expressing your connection to the world in a way that feels authentic to you.

Nature is one of my greatest inspirations and Eramosa Eden’s beautiful riverside setting offers the perfect backdrop for creative exploration. When I’m not guiding workshops you’ll often find me walking along the trails sketchbook in hand or working in my studio and retail space in St. Jacobs where I host other creative events and showcase my work.
