A 6-week series to support you through pregnancy and postpartum.
Join us for a nurturing and empowering yoga series designed specifically for mamas-to-be. These weekly classes will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find calm and connection as you prepare for childbirth and the journey into motherhood.
You’ll be guided through mindful movement, breathing techniques to support relaxation and labour, and grounding meditations to restore ease in your body and mind.
This is also a space to connect with other women walking a similar path—because you don’t have to do this alone.
