Nourishing Connections Event: Microgreens Workshop

Join us for an exciting workshop on how to grow your own microgreens, presented by Aarathi from Backyard Roots & Shoots! Learn about the incredible health benefits of microgreens, enjoy a live demonstration on how to easily grow these sprouts in your own home year-round, and take home a custom recipe book.

Bring a rectangular reusable container (or use the containers provided) to plant you own radish, pea, and broccoli microgreens!
