This program covers the academics and pool portions of a scuba diver program. Open water dives are required in addition to this program to become a certified diver.
Traveling to a tropical destination? Upon successful completion of the program we will issue a referral that can be taken to a tropical destination to complete the open water dives.
You can also could choose to complete them here in Ontario with us.
Pool will be from 8-10pm Thursday evenings from October 2nd - November 13th.
Participants will be provided a link to the online academics mid September and are to be completed by October 8th.
Participants are required to complete a medical questionnaire that dependent on personal health may require a doctors approval to participate, as well as a waiver and release of liability.
They will also need to provide a mask, snorkel and fins for the second pool session. We will discus the equipment at the first pool session.
Participants must have some swimming skill and be comfortable in the water. We will complete a swimming evaluation at the first session. Participants are required to be comfortable in the water and able swim 200 meters non stop and complete over 10 minutes treading water
