We, a local group of teen girls, are looking to host a community Bake and Craft Charity Fundraiser here in the Maranatha Niverville church parking lot from 2-4 p.m. (if weather doesn’t cooperate, we will move inside the church.)
Donations of baking or crafts can be dropped off at the Maranatha church office with Karen during office hours the week of the fundraiser. Tuesday-Thursday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. or brought on the sale day.
Any monetary donations (beyond the sale of goods purchased) made at the fundraiser that are $20+ will receive a tax receipt.
We have been deeply impacted by attending the ’She Wears Worth’ teen girls’ conference and would like to bless them abundantly.
‘She Wears Worth’ is a charity that helps teen girls realize their WORTH IN CHRIST! They host a yearly 2-day conference for high-school girls, grade 9 to age 19, that is designed to encourage, challenge, and inspire them to embrace their God-given identity, live boldly in their WORTH, and to walk confidently in their PURPOSE. This year’s conference will be held in Winnipeg, MB at the Grant Memorial Church on October 24-25. The theme for the event is Transformed!
