As the air chills and the veil thins, join us for a restorative and transformative Women's Weekend Retreat nestled in the quiet power of late autumn. From November 7th to 9th, 2025, we will gather to honor the deepening season, the transition to darker days, and the profound shifts happening within and around us.
This retreat is a sacred pause designed for you to lean into the essential themes of Nature, Cycles, Transition, and Transformation. Just as the earth prepares for rest, we'll explore our own internal landscape, embracing the necessary shedding and shadow work that precedes renewal.
What to Expect
Throughout the weekend, we’ll move together through activities designed to foster deep introspection, connection, and creative release:
Junk Journal Creation: Tapping into your inner artist and historian, you’ll learn to create a beautiful, layered junk journal. This hands-on, meditative practice will serve as a visual, tactile container for your current season of life, cycles, and reflections.
Integrative Parts Work: We will engage in powerful Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work. Through guided sessions, you'll learn to identify, understand, and bring compassion to the various "parts" of yourself, leading to greater internal harmony and self-leadership through transition.
Time in Nature: We’ll spend purposeful time outdoors, allowing the cooling, quiet energy of the November landscape to inform and ground our internal processes.
Sound Bath Lullabies: Each evening, you’ll be lulled into restful sleep with a soothing sound bath experience. The gentle vibrations and resonant tones will calm your nervous system, allowing for deep rest and integration of the day's insights.
Guided Stretching: Begin each morning with gentle, guided stretching sessions designed to awaken your body, increase your energy flow, and connect you to the present moment.
Nourishing Meals and Community: Enjoy wholesome, seasonal meals and shared conversation in a supportive, judgment-free space with fellow women on a similar journey.
