📢Expecting and postpartum mamas (birth -2yo), join us for our Wednesday Walks!

Weather permitting, let’s meet up and move our bodies!

Join me for some sunshine, fresh air, and connection!

There is a green space with a walking path across from the Groves Public Library that is perfect for a little stroll.

Older kiddos welcome to come along and bring scooters, tricycles/ small bikes, sidewalk chalk, etc. !
