SSG Joshua Gire Tribute WOD

A little later than usual, but it’s time for our annual GIRE again. For me it’s one of the toughest workouts, for several different reasons. Yet every year I get excited about it, but I get extra excited about all the love and support I get with keeping Josh‘s legacy alive!

My late husband, SSG Joshua Gire, was KIA 3-23-2011 fighting for the people and the land he loved. So when we do this workout in his honor, I know we all push a little extra.
