Sunday Morning Community Stretch!

Sunday Morning Community Full Body Stretch at Veasey Park. We’ll meet inside in the Mill Room.

🧘 When: Sunday at 9:30 AM in November 2, 9, 16, 30 (except 11/23)
💲 Cost: $10 drop-in (includes a donation to Veasey Park!)
📍 Where: Veasey Park, Groveland (201 Washington St)
🧺 What to Bring: Your own yoga mat or a towel if you don’t have one

This all-levels class is designed to wake up your body, release tension, and set a positive tone for the week ahead—all in the serenity of nature. No experience needed, just come as you are and stretch it out with us!

👉 How to Find Us: Please park in the Veasey Park parking lot and head up the stairs to the building. Handicap accessible parking at the upper lot.
