The 2026 CrossFit Open is here, and we’re kicking it off the right way!
This week’s theme is U.S.A.
Wear your freedom colors, American flags, eagles, red, white, and blue, go all out!
We’ll have hot dogs and hamburgers provided, so come hungry and ready to cheer.
Even if you’re not planning to workout, come hang out, support your friends, and be part of the energy. Bring your friends and family, this event is open to everyone, members and non-members alike.
