Lunch & Learn: Mindful Parenting

Discover practical strategies to reduce stress, balance family and work demands, and create a calm, nurturing home environment. Participants will gain simple, effective tools for both themselves and their children, plus a helpful handbook for continued support and guidance. You will also receive a 'Graduation Gift' upon completion of the two-session series!

Children ages 3 and older are welcome and will participate in a separate activity.
