“Sky, Dj turned drummer, turned songwriter, spent the last 8 years of his music career through the sonic lens of his first and only band(thus far), The Roof.

With that project on hiatus, he seeks to branch out and explore hues that feel like a painting of a handshake between Folk roots, poetic grit, hip-hop confessionalism, and back-porch spirituality.

Drawing on influences like Neil Young, Tyler Childers, Mac Miller, and Tom Petty, he builds songs that move from confession to celebration and shoots them straight into the Great Wide Open.”
