Spring Solstice Sound Bath

Join us for the Spring Solstice with a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you pause, reflect, and reset.

This immersive experience features the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Native American flutes, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments that invite the body and mind into deep relaxation. As the sounds wash over you, you may experience a sense of release, clarity, and renewed connection to the Earth — a gentle invitation to turn inward and welcome the return of spring.
