Timing is Everything: Building Rhythmic Confidence

We understand rhythm best when we find our inner pulse. This workshop will explore how rhythm connects to time, how to feel a steady beat, and how to build rhythmic awareness through guided practice. Participants will have the opportunity to bring musical rhythms to life through Interactive clapping and movement exercises.

No musical experience is required to enjoy this workshop.
