Would you benefit from a calm and relaxing day of healing? Curious about Reiki? Or already a practitioner and in need of a day of self-care? Perhaps you love sharing your healing gifts with others?
Reiki is a calming, gentle and restorative practice that helps us to stay healthy, centred and grounded. An energy healing practice, Reiki is best know for it's ability to calm us, restore harmony, re-engage balance and help us heal physically, emotionally and spiritually.
This one day workshop is for experienced practitioners and absolute beginners who would like to know more about energy healing. Over the course of the day we will engage in some calming meditations, learn how to give ourselves a treatment and give and receive Reiki from others.
This event is being led by local Reiki Teacher Becci Godfrey. Becci is a passionate advocate for health, healing and wellbeing. After suffering for many years with anxiety, chronic fatigue and low self-esteem, Reiki played a huge part in her recovery and remains an important daily practice to maintain physical, mental and spiritual wellness. Now a Reiki Teacher with 9 years of experience, Becci invites you to find that same healing ability within yourself, whilst making new friends and enjoying a beautiful venue.

You do not have to have Reiki experience to attend this event, we welcome all with an interest in Reiki and friends and family that would like to learn more about healing.
