This annual event sets the fireworks display to a music theme and this year’s exciting music theme will be Disney!
There will be hot food & drinks to enjoy before the firework display starts. At 7.15pm there will be a welcome from the Town Mayor and the lighting of the Beacon, followed by the display at 7:30pm. With this year’s exciting theme, you can expect another truly spectacular display!
The Crowborough Miniature Railway will be open and offering train rides from 6pm until crowds disperse, normally about 8pm.
Parking
Please note that parking is limited at the recreation ground and visitors are advised to use the free car parking in the town centre. Once carpark is full, which typically is at least half an hour before the event starts, the carpark closes and no vehicle movement will be permitted until after the display finishes.
Disabled Access
Blue badge holders can park in the smaller carpark on the night, which can be found on the right-hand side of the main drive as you come in to Goldsmiths (next to the mini-railway). Please note that this will be on a first come first served basis and it does fill up, so please arrive early if you would like to make use of this disabled parking area. From this point there is a hard surface path onto the running track from the top carpark entrance – next to the campsite entrance. From there, above the running track, the hard surface continues along the hedge-line where you will be able to enjoy the fireworks and access the refreshments if you would like to.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any disabled access onto the grass, and it will not be suitable for wheelchair users
Entrance to the Firework Display is FREE however, we will be collecting donations for the Mayor’s charities, so please give generously to these important, local charities on the night. Alternatively you can donate online at any time.
