Polina Litvinenko, stage name Polisha Li is an international pole artist with 20+ years of stage experience across circus, television, and live shows. Known for delivering
emotionally engaging performances combining pole artistry, gymnastics, and dance. Her intensive program is designed for pole dancers interested in expanding
their movement repertoire.

DAY 1 (18-10):
POLE CONTEMPORARY
We will explore the senses within movements, allowing for a deeper connection to one’s body and flow. You will not only learn the choreography and nail the musicality but you will also learn some cool new transitions or jumps for your movements collection.
FLOORWORK TECHNIQUE
We are going to dive into floor work technique based on contemporary foundation which gives a better understanding of how to move fluently on the floor.
CREATIVE TASKS
Every day of intensive program gonna include this part. This part was made to balance creativity and individuality with technique. Expanding what you can do with the skills you already have, discovering new directions, and deepening your connection to movement.
DAY 2 (19-10):
TRICKS CLASS
In this class we will practice tricks and transitions from different categories (spins, handstands, splits). The tricks will be adjusted for both levels. The main request is that you are able to do an invert, pole handstand hold & inside/outside leg hang.
SENSUAL CHOREOGRAPHY
During this class we will learn a choreography that will make you feel elegant and feminine. Precise, but at the same time easy for understanding musicality. You will experience the joy of feeling how you are “dancing the music”.
