Passion. Tell me about them. How does that word ripple through you? Is there a spaciousness in the breath, in the body, in the beating heart? Is there something soft and shy like a newborn kitten? Raw and wild? Insatiable? Does Passion feel foreign, a strange taste when you roll it through your mouth? Something for someone else? Another time perhaps?
During this movement weekend, we'll both meet and have the opportunity to re-define or deepen into the passion landscape. Taking our curiosity directly into the truth of the body, creative exploration will make space to lighten into areas in your self and in your life.

ABOUT US:
Samar and Mia met nine years ago on a 5Rhythms workshop in Spain and it was an instant connection, a drop of magic through shared humor and sharp observational mind. Samar recent life history is in Berlin, and Mia is in the Netherlands, but we managed to witness and support each other in heartbreaks, vulnerability, laughter and ease.
Samar Linn, a curious investigator of the human experience and dance catalysis, is a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, a trained Integrative Coach, Bodyworker and Expressive Art Facilitator. Her raw attitude, vulnerability and fascination in ways to embody freedom of expression provide an electric, creative and safe environment.
Mia likes to welcome everything that is human with compassion and humor, and yes she is also a certified 5Rhythms® teacher, certified Mind-Body Practitioner, and (uncertified) DJ!
