Are you an (international) student or young adult seeking a mindful space to connect and grow?
The Mindful Student Group offers a safe and welcoming space to slow down, be present, and connect with others through mindfulness and shared experience.
Included activities:
- mindfulness

- embodiment
- creative exercises
Together, we explore mindful practices, open conversations, and creative ways to navigate life’s challenges. It’s a space to reconnect with yourself, feel supported by peers, and discover meaning in your own unique journey.

- Series of 5 sessions, starting Nov. 4 until Dec. 2

FACILITATORS OF THIS GROUP:
Marije Mulder is an Applied Psychologist, peer support worker and trainer at Sedna Herstelacademie. Within the organization, she focuses on creating and facilitating programs for young adults. Marije has many years of experience guiding groups in a safe and gentle way. She offers courses and workshops on mindfulness, meditation, embodiment, (self-)connection, and personal development.
Liucija Pliaukstaite is a psychologist and volunteer & trainer at Sedna Recovery Academy. She is from Lithuania and has been living in The Netherlands for about 7 years now. She herself joined the Mindful Student Group in 2023 as a participant and has since gone on a deep journey of personal and professional growth. She is excited to co-host this new Mindful Student Group together with Marije and is looking forward to offering young adults a similiar opportunity for support and growth as she once experienced as a participant of the group, and of life!
