Ashtanga Workshop: Depth & Clarity: Journey through the Shariras & Koshas

These Saturday workshops are an opportunity to deepen your Ashtanga Yoga practice in a supportive and steady way and designed to:
•Nourish your practice
•Helping you build momentum
•Stay inspired
•And develop a deeper connection to both the physical and philosophical aspects of Ashtanga Yoga.

This workshop includes:
•A 2-hour experiential, practice-based exploration of the subtle (energetic) body through movement and breath, starting with guided pranayama and a led Primary Series and Second Series until Ustrasana. (Don’t worry if you’re not yet practicing Second Series yet - modifications will be offered for all levels.)
•An inspiring practical discussion on the 3 bodies (shariras) and 5 layers (koshas), the nature of the mind, how this applies to your yoga practice and life, and how caring for these aspects of self can help you navigate daily life with greater awareness and ease.

All who practice Ashtanga Yoga regularly are encouraged to join.

Bhumi Yoga Class Card holders: €40
