The Midweek, Midday Moment

I’m so excited to announce that I a opening a brand-new monthly sound bath in the heart of Grimsby town centre, tucked away in the beautiful Abbeygate Arcade.

Join me from 12pm – 1pm for a soothing midday escape designed to help you reset, rebalance and breathe again.

These intimate sessions are limited to just 10 people, creating a calm, cosy space for you to melt into the experience, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Parking: Convenient parking is available directly behind Abbeygate/Iceland at just £1.50 per hour, making this venue super accessible
