Autumn is the season of reaping what we sowed in spring and nurtured through summer, reflecting nature’s cycle of completion, release, and preparation for rest. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Autumn is associated with the Metal element, the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, and the energy of clarity, discernment, and letting go of what no longer serves us so we can preserve what is most essential.

I will be guiding a nature inspired yin yoga practice that bring openness and nourishment for the chest and lungs to enhance breath and vitality alongside grounding shapes that anchor us in the body while allowing the mind to gently let go. Shamanic Studio Grimsby will complement this with a range of Shamanic Practices including mediation and breathwork.
