Slow Stitch

Slow stitch is about mindful hand stitching. It engages your senses and grounds you in the present moment. Bring along an item of clothing to embellish or cover a stain. Or work on a piece of denim provided by me (Elaine). Pick up your needle and thread, slow down, and stitch your way to a more mindful you.

This event will be at Riverhead Coffee, 110 Victoria St W, Grimsby DN31 1BA. A drink and coffee is included for £15.
