Refresh your life Retreat
Just a quick one for all the frazzled parents / grandparents / carers out there....
I'm hosting a day retreat with my beautiful friend and talented wellbeing and yoga therapist Emma, to fill our cups up following the summer madness!
It's on Friday 12th Sept and during school hours so we can take some much needed 'me time' that works a bit deeper than getting out nails / hair done!
