🐚 Final Beach Yoga of the season

A gentle, grounding and releasing yoga class on a peaceful, secluded beach to stretch, flow and cultivate a sense of peace in our heart and mind. It’s such a supportive session!

There's something about being out in the fresh air, at this time fo year, when you're cosied up in your layers. It's also surprising just how much the movement warms your body AND how empowering it is being out there with that crisp air in your lungs feeling free and expansive in your body (and heart!)

Please bring your own yoga mat. The class is in the Humberston area (full location details in your booking confirmation email - this is sent automatically after booking, so if you haven't received it please check your junk mail).
