RELAXING & RELEASING BEACH YOGA 😌

A gentle, grounding and releasing yoga class on the beach in which we'll mobilise joints, stretch out muscles and cultivate a sense of peace in our heart and mind. It’s such a supportive session!
Please bring your own mat.
