Expression of Interest – Leeton NAIDOC Debutante Ball

The Leeton NAIDOC Committee is proud to announce that the inaugural Leeton NAIDOC Ball will include a Debutante Presentation Ceremony, celebrating community, culture and tradition. We are now calling for expressions of interest from: Debutantes – young women of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage, or those with a strong connection to/ genuine interest in culture, who wish to make their debut.
Partners – young men or women who wish to support and take part in the presentation of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander heritage, or those with a strong connection to/ genuine interest in culture.
Optional Flower Girl and Page Boy – children connected to the debutante who may participate in the presentation.
Debutantes and partners will be presented to an official party as part of the evening program and will undertake rehearsals and dance training with Sarah Morris (Dance Instructor) leading up to the Ball.
