Tinchi Tamba Wetlands Paddle

We have a fantastic day planned for our next Brissup social paddle! This event last year was an awesome day, many close encounters with blue jelly fish, it was amazing to witness. Meeting at Dohles Rock Road Boat Ramp where we will explore the Tinchi Tamba Wetlands. If coming from Brisbane use exit 130 northbound (first turn off after crossing the Pine River). This is going to be a leisurely paddle but will be around 8 to 10 klms in total. Know your ability and be prepared to be on the water for 2.5 to 3 hours.
We will meet around 8.00am and after the paddle we will have a BBQ at Osprey House which is only 400m down the road. Osprey House is an environmental centre which has BBQ and picnic facilities. This year the resident osprey have had 2 chicks. Please bring a plate to share with the group.
Leg or waist ropes are compulsory. This is a members‘ club event for financial members only. Please refer to our BrisSUP website.
