R U OK? Sunday – Real Conversations. Stronger Community.
This September, Beyond is creating space for an honest community conversation around mental health and wellbeing.

📍 Where: Griffin State School Hall
Instead of a typical Sunday service, we’re hosting a panel of voices from our community:
Dr Nathan Mueller – Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist
Sam Porter – Chaplain & Mental Health Advocate
Dan Scott – Sharing his lived experience after a life-changing accident
Together we’ll explore:
How to spot when someone’s not okay
Simple, practical ways to check in with people you care about
What healthy support looks like without carrying the whole load yourself
You’ll walk away with:
✅ Practical tools to start meaningful conversations
✅ Resources and next steps for support (QR codes provided)
✅ Hope and encouragement for the road ahead
