Join us in a hands on orange marmalade canning class using science-based methods, breaking down how pectin, timing, and temperature work together for a safe, beautiful set. 
During citrus season, we’ll also be talking about other ways to preserve citrus, sharing practical knowledge so anyone can confidently turn fresh fruit into something that lasts.
