We invite you to join us for our next in-person group meeting in Hokitika on Tuesday, 7th October 2025 at 10 am to 11.30 am.
Laurence Bell and Louise Bradley, Health Improvement Practitioners from West Coast Health, will be facilitating a session on coping with the grief of chronic illness.
Living with chronic illness can bring many unwelcome changes to our lives. It is useful to reflect on ways to live through and with the changes, including finding areas of our life that are within our control and approaches that develop our resilience.
These meetings are a good time to connect with others to share what is happening for you, or to bring a question about living with #MyalgicEncephalomyelitis / #ChronicFatigueSyndrome and #LongCOVID
We look forward to seeing you there if this is of interest, and you have time and wellbeing on the day.
