Zechariah Peabody is a Montana-born and raised singer-songwriter rooted in the traditions of classic and modern country, folk, and Americana. Growing up in Wilsall, Montana, working ranches alongside his family, Zech discovered early on how deeply music spoke to him.
His powerful voice and honest songwriting—touching on themes of loss, addiction, the wide Montana plains, and the struggles and beauty of everyday living—draw listeners in and keep them both entertained and moved.
Zech’s influences range from modern greats like Chris Stapleton, Tyler Childers, and Colter Wall to the timeless legends of country and folk: Hank Williams Sr., Marty Robbins, Creedence Clearwater Revival, and Johnny Horton.
Over the years, he has taken the stage at well-known Montana venues including The Old Saloon, Stacey’s Saloon, and The Pub Station. He has also shared bills with artists such as Stoney LaRue, Easton Corbin, Red Shahan, Diamond Rio, Koe Wetzel, Corb Lund, and Kenny Feidler.
