We interview the active real estate investors in the Louisiana market. Not the Guru's and speakers, the actual people out building portfolios, doing deals and making stuff happen. These are people that don't speak publicly as they don't have courses to sell. We get them to come to our group and interview them about how they got started, what they learnt along the way and what they doing in the current market. We go deep to pull out the nuggets so that you can learn from their experience.
The Speaker for this meetup will be Nizar Dahab
Nizar is a long-time investor and entrepreneur with deep roots on the Westbank. He got his start in real estate back in 2006 and has steadily built a portfolio of 12 rental properties while also staying active as a flipper. His passion lies in transforming distressed houses into livable homes and bringing new life to properties that impact the community in a positive way.
Outside of real estate, Nizar is also a local business owner with a strong entrepreneurial drive. While he can’t always make it to our meetups, he’s been an active contributor in the WBREI group and always brings valuable insights and perspective.
We’re looking forward to hearing Nizar’s story, his lessons learned over nearly two decades of investing, and his outlook on opportunities in today’s market.

You are welcome to come whether you are trying to go from 0-1st deal or deal 1,000 - 1001. We will have a needs and wants section where you can tell the room if you have something to offer or are looking for something. Whether that's an off-market deal, hard money, contractors, partners etc.
Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.
