We interview the active real estate investors in the Louisiana market. Not the Guru's and speakers, the actual people out building portfolios, doing deals and making stuff happen. These are people that don't speak publicly as they don't have courses to sell. We get them to come to our group and interview them about how they got started, what they learnt along the way and what they doing in the current market. We go deep to pull out the nuggets so that you can learn from their experience.

Carlos is an accomplished real estate investor and entrepreneur, founder of Taskify and Properly Investments. Since starting in real estate in 2019, he’s closed over $1 million in transactions and built multiple companies across real estate, construction, and marketing, including scaling a wholesale business to a $1M valuation in just 1.5 years and a construction company to $3M valuation in under 9 months.
He Founder and CEO of Properly Investments, a real estate acquisitions company headquartered in Miami and currently operating across Texas and Louisiana. He is also Founder and CEO of Taskify, a software and marketing company specializing in CRM automation and lead generation for real estate and construction businesses.
We are excited to interview Carlos and Learn about how he has scaled his companies and the tools and strategies he is using to grow.

Our speakers aren't selling anything and neither are the organizers. We just want to get the West Bank property investing community networking and talking as we believe that will benefit everyone.
