Adult Parkour Workshop

Adults- this one is for you.
Our January Parkour workshop is happening Sunday January 11th at 12pm.

Learn safe landings, vaults, balance, fear management, and confidence drills designed specifically for adults 30-70+
No experience needed- just show up and try something new!

*Ages 30+

*Cost: Members $10 Public $20

*12pm-2pm

*90 minute workshop , 30 minute social/open gym time.

*To participate you will need to wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes and bring a water bottle.

*Waiver required for all participants, waiver must be completed prior to attending workshop
