Cooking for one can be just as fun! Join us in the teaching kitchen for a hands-on cooking class highlighting tips and recipes just for 1.

About this Event

Cook along with the Culinary Medicine Program in our teaching kitchen!

This class will introduce simple, flexible techniques to help make home-prepared meals approachable, enjoyable, and supportive of your health. Cooking for one has its hurdles, but it’s also an opportunity to honor food as medicine and invest in your well-being.
