The scarecrows are BACK — and this year, we want every single lamppost in Uptown stuffed with fall flair. If you're a local business or organization, it's your time to shine (with straw, hot glue, and a whole lot of creativity).

We dropped the entry fee to just $15 because no pole should go undecorated. More scarecrows = more fun, more foot traffic, and more chances to outshine your neighbors.
