Feelings Rock

Feelings Rock is a music and movement-based class that is designed to help children ages NB-5 and their families navigate social emotional development. Get ready to learn how to recognize, express and cope with emotions, engage in fun learning activities and promote a healthy body with movement! We like to have fun with the use of sign language, rhythm sticks, shaker eggs, puppets, stories, instruments and so much more!

Classes are 30 minutes long and designed to keep the children fully engaged! 30 minutes of free play will follow the program. Please register each participating child aged newborn to 5 years old. Adults need not register. For further questions, please call the library at (302) 855-1242. This program provides an opportunity for young children to learn important social, emotional, and intellectual skills that will prepare them for success in school.
