BIG Spotlight - Endress + Hauser

BIG Spotlight is a morning celebration designed to recognize and uplift the mentors who are making a meaningful impact through Group Mentoring. Hosted at Endress + Hauser—the home of our Johnson County Group Mentoring sessions—this event brings together mentors, community partners, and supporters to honor the power of showing up for youth.

The event will begin promptly at 8:30 a.m. and last approximately one hour. Attendees can expect a warm, relaxed atmosphere with coffee and donuts provided, making it easy to connect and start the day with purpose.

During the program, we will acknowledge and celebrate our BIGS who are actively involved in Group Mentoring. Guests will hear directly from mentors as they share brief reflections on their experiences, the relationships they’ve built, and the impact mentoring has had on their lives and the lives of the young people they serve.

BIG Spotlight is equal parts appreciation, inspiration, and connection—an opportunity to pause, say thank you, and highlight the real stories that make mentorship matter. Whether you are a current BIG, a community partner, or someone interested in learning more, you’ll leave encouraged, informed, and reminded of the difference one caring adult can make.
