This Thursday you’ll have a couple of fun options to choose from—and you’ll get patterns for both, so you can make either one or both if you’d like! With fall starting next week, pumpkins are the perfect project. They’re simple, versatile, and work beautifully for both fall and Halloween décor. Whirlygigs are another great choice—easy to make, cheerful to watch spinning in the wind, and guaranteed to bring a smile.
I’ll also have patterns for different options of sleeves, cup cozy, and mug cozy.
Please bring:
~ Yarn (acrylic or chenille for pumpkins; acrylic for whirlygigs)
~ Crochet tools/notions
~ A small amount of stuffing/polyfil
~ Optional: supplies for embroidering a face or safety eyes
This month we’re meeting every Thursday morning with two class options:
• 9:30–11:00: A smaller, quick project ($30 if you only attend this portion)
• 11:00–12:30: A more long-term project—in September, we’re making crochet pillow covers that you can either sew closed or design with removable, seasonal changes.
If you’d like to stay for both, the total cost is $50 for the day. Payments can be made by cash or Venmo.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. I can’t wait to see you on Thursday, September 4th!
