Save the Date! - A-Z Diabetes Boot Camp 2025

The A-Z Diabetes Boot Camp is a week-long, in-depth course designed to enhance the health care professional’s knowledge of diabetes and promote patient and family centered partnerships in self-management. Current diabetes guidelines and standards of practice and evidence-based strategies in Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSME) provide the foundation for the Boot Camp. This course will enable participants to more effectively facilitate behavior change in people with diabetes.
