Meditation and Mindfulness: Through guided meditation, participants will quiet the mind, visualize their ancestors, and invite their wisdom. We will explore techniques for discerning subtle messages, signs, and intuitive impressions from ancestral spirits.
Dreamwork Practices: Discover how to set intentions before sleep to invite your ancestors into your dream space. Learn how to keep and interpret a dream journal to recognize ancestral symbols, messages, and patterns of guidance.
