Operational Excellence

This session introduces lower-level managers to the concept of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and their critical role in achieving consistent, efficient, and high-quality operations. The lecture focuses on practical application, daily decision-making, and people management rather than strategy or theory.

Key Learning Objectives

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:
• Understand what Operational Excellence means in day-to-day operations

• Recognize their role in improving efficiency, quality, and safety

• Identify waste, variation, and inefficiencies in their work areas

• Apply simple OpEx tools to improve team performance

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement on the shop floor or workplace
