Floating Winter Solstice Meditation

Join us for a peaceful, one-time seasonal experience. Our Floating Winter Solstice Meditation invites you to settle into the warmth of the pool as sound healing instruments guide you into calm and balance. Crystal singing bowls, soft chimes, and gentle tones create a soothing environment while the buoyancy of the water melts away tension.

The Winter Solstice is a natural moment to pause and reconnect with your inner light. This session offers a supportive space to rest, restore, and welcome the return of brighter days.

Space is currently limited to 12 participants. We will maintain an active waitlist if we reach our current maximum.

What to Know:
• Please arrive 15–20 minutes early
• Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet from the waist down
• Bring a towel
• Floatation supports will be provided
• Changing rooms will be available
