National touring singer-songwriter Grant Peeples has been compared to John Prine, Bob Dylan, Leonard Cohen, and Woody Guthrie. He's been called a 'guitar-slinging poet.' He calls himself a 'Left-neck', a tree-hugger with a gun below the seat.
Grant is the recipient of the Focus Foundation Award for Creative Excellence, which cited the “humor, compassion and wisdom of his songs,” and their "unflinching social insight and cultural acuity.” Grant tours coast to coast, and is a repeat performer at Moccasin Creek Music Festival, Antlers & Acorns Songwriters Festival, The Woody Guthrie Folk Festival, the 30A Songwriters Festival, and The Florida Folk Festival, Word of South Festival of Literature & Music, among others. In June 2023 he made his debut at the prestigious Kerrville Folk Festival.

She has toured nationally and internationally supporting Arlo Guthrie, Josh Ritter, Damien Dempsey, John Fullbright and Jonathan Byrd and has opened for such legends as Ani DiFranco, Steve Earle and Alejandro Escovedo. Jess has appeared on Good Morning America and NPR’s All Things Considered and has performed at the Newport, Winnipeg, Falcon Ridge and Philadelphia Folk Festivals as well as Fuji Rock Festival in Japan.

The Back Table: Greensboro's newest cafe. "We started the back table because we wanted to create something around the community we know and love, the Music and Arts Community. We’ve always thought of the Back Table as a place where work gets done, but in an enjoyable way and a creative way."
