Strength & Safety: Recovering from Falls

Learn practical techniques to safely recover from a fall and simple exercises to make it easier. Discover tools that can help make your home safer and allow you to remain active and independent. This class is held on the second Thursday of each month at 9 am at the Evergreens Lifestyle Center, 1401 Benjamin Parkway, Lower Level.
