When other kids dreamed of being a fireman or a policeman, Scott Orr had his eyes set on being a songwriter. He gave it a shot - a few of them survive to this day - but it wasn't until he reached his sixties that he started working in earnest to write songs. Since 2016 he has written at least one song every week. If Scott plays it, you can guess it's going to be finger-picking, and it's going to either have some harmony, or you know it would sound better if it did. Growing up with CSN&Y had an impact on him.
